物流企业车辆管理机制研究 摘 要 时下，物流业已经成为中国一大热门行业，特别是第三方物流更是方兴未艾，成为行业发展的主流。物流，从根本上来说无外乎两大基本功能，即：通过仓储实现货物的时间效益、通过运输实现货物的空间效益。对于物流企业中的运输系统而言，车辆是其最昂贵、最重要的资产，故而运输车辆的管理便成为运输管理中最重要的组成部分。 所谓车辆管理，无非是与车辆有关的组织、协调、控制等一系列工作的总称，而目的有两个，即：降低运行成本和提高经济效益。所以物流运输车辆的优化对于节约物流成本、提高物流效率有着重要的意义。物流车辆管理机制是物流系统研究中的一项重要内容，选取合适的管理制度，可以加快对客户需求的响应速度，提高服务质量，增强客户对公司的满意度，降低运输的运营成本，以求得自身的生存、发展和在新的市场条件下取胜。 Nowadays, the logistics industry has become a hot industry, especially the third-party logistics is in the ascendant, to become the mainstream of the development of the industry. Logistics, for nothing less than the two basic functions, namely: by the time-effective warehousing of goods, transport cargo space efficiency. For logistics enterprises in the transport system, the vehicle is the most expensive, the most important asset, and therefore the management of transport vehicles has become the most important part of transportation management. The so-called vehicle management, is that of vehicle-related organization, coordination, control, and a series of general term for two purposes, namely: lower operating costs and enhance economic efficiency. Therefore, optimization of logistics and transport vehicles for saving logistics costs, improve logistics efficiency has an important significance.
