More and more business owners, corporate management, human resources have also come to realize the importance of management for enterprise development, but for the development of human resource planning has always has many confusion and helpless. As the market economy and gradually establish and perfect, especially after Chinas accession to the WTO, Chinese enterprises to participate in international competition, increasing pressure.
