West Yorkshire Foundation School General information about how foundation training is organised in Health Education Yorkshire and the Humber (HEYH) Allocation process School Based on applicant scores from the national application process and the expressed order of preference of rotation; The Yorkshire the Humber Deanery allocates all foundation doctors to the first year of their two year rotation prior to the start of the Foundation Programme. The process for allocation into F2 is via a computerised matching process.
