Spring Health 春季养生 Health promotion in spring means medical activities which through various methods, such as improve health condition and prevent from diseases to prolong people’s life .In a word, health promotion is health maintenance. Spring Health Spring clothing Spring climate changes variously and human skin starts to become soft, so requirements for clothing are: 1:The clothes should be loose and comfortable Spring dress can not be too tight because it is bad for our health, especially for women. The main kinds of loose clothing include: V word clothing, jacket, sportswear, jerkin and so on. Try to dress in a relaxed and free style. We take all kinds of measures to keep warm in the cold winter, making peoples cold-resistant ability decline. If we reduce our clothes too early, once the air raids, it can make the vasospasm, blood flow resistance increasing, influencing body functions and causing a variety of diseases.So keep our body warm is very essential. 2:The clothes can keep your body warm : Dressing show Diet Aftercare The study shows that garlic not only have the function of sterilization but can promote metabolism, sharpen our appetite, prevent arteriosclerosis and hypertension. So we should develope a good sporting habit for the whole year. However, strenuous exercise is not suitable in spring.
