题 目 Training Report 摘 要 这篇论文记述了我通过实训得到的经验和感受。为了提高我们的实践能力，我们外语系为即将面临毕业的学生开设了一次实训。这次实训从2009年12月22日到2009年12月31日共持续大约两周的时间。 这次实训主要侧重于提高我们的专业知识和实践能力。对于我们应用英语专业的学生而言，最适合我们的工作就是幼儿园或小学教师。老师们无私地教授我们许多教学技巧。除此之外，我们系还请回一些学长为我们做实训指导。他们现在都从事幼儿英语教育工作并且有着丰富的经验。通过这次实训，我认识到如果想成为一名成功的幼儿英语教师，我们必须抓住孩子的心理特点并且拥有热情、同情、宽容的性格。最后，我想说这次实训为我走向成功做出很大贡献。 关键词：经验 专业知识 幼儿教育 Abstract This paper tends to talk about my feeling and experience that I conclude through the comprehensive training. In order to improve our practical abilities, our foreign language department opens a comprehensive training for us. The training lasted for about two weeks from December 21, to December 31, 2009. This training mainly focused on enhancing our professional knowledge and practical abilities. As for our practical English major students, the suitable job for us is an English teacher in a kindergarten or a primary school. Our teachers share some English teaching methods with us selflessly. Besides, our department also invited some senior schoolmates to come back to give us training guidance. They are all undertaking the children English education and have rich experience. Through this comprehensive training, I have learnt if we want to be a successful English teacher for children, we must grab students’ psychological and possess warm, caring, understanding personalities. Finally, I want to say that this comprehensive training made a grate contribution to my success.
