摘 要 淀粉微球作为一种理想的药物载体,其合成和功能化改性成为人们关注的热点。采用新的制备方法获得具有良好稳定性的淀粉微球,使其载药、释药性能得以改善,对于更深入开展淀粉微球应用性能研究,提高其在现代药物制剂技术中的实际应用价值,拓展其应用领域都有着重要的意义。 本文以可溶性淀粉为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,同时选用Span60作为乳化剂,大豆油为油相,采用反相乳液法合成淀粉微球。研究过程中,重点考虑油水相体积比、乳化剂用量、交联剂种类和用量、淀粉浓度和反应时间等对微球制备的影响,得出最佳的反应条件。以微球的平均粒径和溶胀度为指标,对微球进行表征,并对微球的吸附性能,粒度分布、形貌、红外光谱等进行考查。实验结果表明:在油水相体积比为4:1、乳化剂用量为0.009g/ml油、环氧氯丙烷0.625ml/g淀粉、淀粉质量浓度为4%、反应时间4h的条件下所得的淀粉微球对次甲基蓝的吸附为1.822mg/g,可用作良好的药物载体和吸附剂,溶胀度为339%,平均粒径为37.9μm。 关键词:淀粉微球;反相乳液交联;吸附性能 ABSTRACT As an ideal medicine vector, starch micorphere has drawn more and more attention in the study of its synthesis and functional modification. People intend to find the right way to synthesis the starch micorphere that has better stability. The improvement of perfermace in loading and releasing of medicine, as well as it’s application in modern pharmaceutical preprations are very impotant In this article we use the solube starch as the raw material, epichlorohydrin as the cosslinker, span60 as the emulsifier and the soybean oil as the oil phase. We use the inverse emulsion to synthesis the starch micorphere. In the course of the study, we put much attention on the volume ratio of the water phase and the oil phase, the amount of the emulsifier, the amount and the species of the cosslinker, the concentration of the starch and the reaction time. And all the factor’s effection on the synthesis of the strach in order to find out the best reaction conditions. Use the avreage size and the seelling degree to characterise the starch micorphere. Moreover test the adsorption, size distribution, appearance,IR of the synthesised strach micorphere. The results show that: In the condition of the the volume ratio of the water phase and the oil phase is 4:1, the amount of the emulsifier is 0.009g of every oil, the amount of the epichlorohydrin is 0.625ml/g(strach), the strach concentration is 4%and the reaction time is 4h, the adsorption ratio of the synthesised strach micorphere is 1.822mg/g which indicate that it w
