常 州 轻 工 职 业 技 术 学 院 毕 业 论 文 课题名称： 药用空心胶囊生产及检验 系 别： 轻化工工程系 专 业： 高分子材料应用技术 班 级： 09工艺试点331 学生姓名： 史晓娜 　 指导教师： 石文鹏  摘要 近年来国际上对胶囊的开发和研究非常的重视，现在世界上拥有转模式软胶囊制造机近千台，年产量高达7M亿粒，品种多达3000余种。美国是目前世界上最大的软胶囊生产国。我国目前对胶囊的安全生产也是非常重视。特别是近期“毒胶囊”事件的发生，药用空心胶囊质量问题再度成为国内关注的焦点，并在六月一号开始，全国各地药监局针对胶囊质量开展了全面的检查，所以胶囊的安全与否问题已经成为目前胶囊生产的重中之重。通过控制胶囊的生产源，生产过程参数，工艺要求和生产环境的控制，能够达到达到产品要求的胶囊，并且提高产量和效率也是目前研究的重要课题和发展方向。 关键词：药用空心胶囊；生产参数；生产工艺；检验；Abstract In recent years , international development and research of capsule very seriously . Now the world has turn mode soft capsule manufacturing machine nearly, Annual production of up to 7M one hundred million , as many as 3,000 varieties of species . The United States is the worlds largest soft capsule -producing countries . China also attaches great importance to production safety of the capsule .
