大连交通大学20011届本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE 摘 要 本建筑设计是大连市某培训大楼设计，总用地面积1293.4800平方米，总建筑面积6467.400平方米，总建筑高度19.95米。建筑物为7度抗震设防，抗震等级为三级框架，建筑设计使年限为50年。本建筑主体结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，基础采用独立基础。 本建筑的结构设计部分主要进行了结构方案中横向框架5轴框架的抗震设计。在确定框架布局之后，先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出自振周期，进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小，进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力（弯矩、剪力、轴力）。接着计算竖向荷载（恒载及活荷载）作用下的结构内力，找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。 选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。此外还进行了结构方案中的室内楼梯的设计。完成了平台板，梯段板，平台梁等构件的内力和配筋计算及施工图绘制。最后完成了基础的设计。 关键词： 框架 建筑设计 结构设计 抗震设计 ABSTRACT The architectural design is a training building design in Dalian, with a total land area is 1293.4800 square meters, total construction area of 6467.400 square meters, total building height of 19.95 meters.Building has 7 degree Shockproof, seismic rating of three frames, architectural design life is 50 years.The construction of the main structure is the form of in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure, based on using an independent basis. The structural design of the building are the major structural framework of the program in 5-axis horizontal framework for seismic design.In order to determine the framework of the layout, the first is a representative value of the load calculation, then use the displacement method for the vertex from the vibration cycle, and then press the bottom of the shear method to calculate the size of horizontal seismic loads, and find the horizontal loads ofinternal force (bending moment, shear, axial force).Next one is to calculate the vertical load (dead load and live load) under the action of internal force, identify the most unfavorable group or groups of forces combined.Select the most secure results and calculate reinforcement and draw it In addition，design the structure of the program in interior design of the staircases.Completion of the platform board, bench plates, beams and other components of the force platform and the reinforcement calculation and construction drawing.Finally it completes the basic design.
