毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 浅谈中小企业会计职能的发挥 系（院）： 经济与管理 专业： 会计与审计 姓 名： 孙乾 学号： 1107031035 校内指导教师： 张志花 职称： 讲师 校外指导教师： 职称： 2014年 4 月 18 日 浅谈中小企业会计管理职能的发挥 摘要：对于企业管理而言，如何最大限度的实现会计的管理职能，是最关键所在。在中小型企业中会计管理职能的发挥影响着会计工作的成败，对企业的经营管理和经济效益、市场地位都会造成很大的影响。因此，加强会计的管理职能，是实现中小企业正常工作秩序的关键所在。同时，会计管理职能的规范也会相应的提高会计的工作质量。从这个意义上而言，规范和加强会计的管理职能，对强化中小企业的管理有着非常现实的意义。“会计”这个词来源已久，从会计的发展史上可以看出会计发展过程是内外界环境因素的变化，在这个经济迅速发展的时代里，会计在企业管理工作中的重要性越来越被人们所熟识，已经发展为一门独立的会计学科，即管理会计。因此，管理会计工作的开展情况，直接关系到处于市场竞争中的企业的生存与发展问题。在本文中，作者首先就目前我国中小会计管理的现状和只能进行了阐述，然后分析了目前这些中小企业在会计管理职能中存在的问题，并且就这些问题提出了相关的建议和对策，希望可以抛砖引玉，引起更多专家学者的关注。　　 关键词：中小企业 会计管理职能 问题 对策 ?
