（硕士论文）我国利率政策有效性研究 On the Effect of China’s Interest Rate Policy Abstract With the increasing globalization and integration of the world economy and international finance, nowadays great importance has been attached to interest rate policy as one important measure of the central bank to adjust and control the macro-economy performance. Since 1990s many developed countries turned to interest rate policy as an effective means of getting control of macro-economy instead of money supply. Technically speaking, interest rate policy refers to those measures taken by the central bank to adjust interest rate and its term structure to fulfill specific economic targets, which falls into the essential category of macro-control system of national economy. As a matter of fact, whether interest rate policy can fulfill the target of adjusting the macro-economy performance is closely related to the effectiveness of the interest rate policy, which depends on its transmission mechanism. Transmission Mechanism of Interest Rate Policy exerts its influence on national consumption, investment and even macro-economy by adjusting interest rate. Only by establishing healthy transmission mechanism can we remove obstacles during the transmitting process, thus improving the effectiveness of interest rate policyRecent years have witnessed remarkable changes in economic reform and development in our country and interest rate policy is undoubtedly becoming increasingly important. However, vast stores of statistics indicate that adjusting measures of interest rate taken by the central bank in China ranging from 2006 to 2007 are not satisfactory. The paper tends to analyze the effectiveness of interest rate policy in our country through first-hand data during January of 2002 and November of 2009 on the basis of various theories and studies concerning transmission mechanism of interest rate policy in Western countries and inland as well.
