毕业设计（论文） 题目： 人本理念在隧道施工环境中的实现 摘 要 随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展，我国道路建设得到大力支持和繁荣发展，其中隧道工程的建设更是达到了前所未有的水平。同时随着人本理念的深入人心，政府和企业管理层必须重新审视“人”这个在工程中至关重要的因素。传统的施工管理是以制度为手段，以控制为目的的僵化的非人性化的模式。而人本管理，则是将人作为管理的主要对象和重要资源，发展企业文化，培养职工的工作积极性，提高职业素养，充分调动人的积极性和创造性，引领职工共同实现施工目标，从而保证施工的顺利完成。 隧道施工中，粉尘、噪声、高温高湿、辐射、振动及有害气体等一系列因素，无时无刻不威胁着施工人员的身体健康。目前，国内外对隧道施工的环境已经采取了大量研究和措施，以保证施工人员的健康。而人本理念是着眼于人员身心的共同健康，采用了一系列保护措施的基础上，需要对施工人员的心理健康加以更大的关注并采取相关措施，在发展企业文化和提高员工积极性的同时，给以良好的心理状态对施工的顺利完成有着非同一般的意义和影响。 通过实地调查研究，本文在对粉尘、噪声、高温等一系列环境因素的处理方法做出研究和讨论，同时也对如何贯彻人本理念、发展企业文化和优化施工人员心理状态等方面做相关研究，并提出相应的解决方案和激励机制。 关键词：人本理念；隧道施工；身心健康；环境因素 Abstract Along with the shape of our country socialism market economy, the way construction of our country has be supported strongly and prosperous developed.Among them, the construction of the tunnel engineering even comes to an unprecedented horizontal. Meanwhile along with humanism striking root in the hearts of the people, Government and business administration layer have to re- examine the person in the engineering as the pass important factor. The traditional construction supervision is to take system as way, take control as the mode of not humanizing of the coming to a deadlock of purpose. But the person originally manage, make the person as main supervisory object and important resource, developing corporate culture, training the personnel accumulates polarity, raising occupation cultivated manners, moving aggressive and created sex, guiding the personnel to carry out a construction object together, assuring the smooth completion of construction. In the tunnel construction, dust, voice, heat, radiation, vibrating and harmful gas, scare the workers healthy. Currently, domestic and international have already adopted a great deal of search and measure to the environment of the tunnel construction, assuring the workers healthy.
