In this paper, we establish models to help figuring out the problem. Firstly, we build a static human capital network. To begin with, there are three kinds of relationships: the relationship among people, the relationship among positions, the relationship between people and positions. Then we use a bipartite graph to indicate the assignment of positions. After matching people and position, it forms a static human capital network. In addition, we define loyalty and intimacy to measure the probability of churn. These two indices consider two situations: people churn by their own reason and people churn by others’ influence. Secondly, we take time into consideration and get a dynamic network. We first analyze the change of loyalty and intimacy.
