Human Capital Management in Organizations
Information Cooperative Manufacturing(ICM) is an organization of 370 people, who is facing the
challenging issue related to effectively managing its human capital. In this paper, we establish models to
help figuring out the problem.
Firstly, we build a static human capital network. To begin with, there are three kinds of relationships:
the relationship among people, the relationship among positions, the relationship between people and
positions. Then we use a bipartite graph to indicate the assignment of positions. After matching people
and position, it forms a static human capital network. In addition, we define loyalty and intimacy to
measure the probability of churn. These two indices consider two situations: people churn by their own
reason and people churn by others’ influence.
Secondly, we take time into consideration and get a dynamic network. We first analyze the change
of loyalty and intimacy. Loyalty is influenced by the relation of the time that people works in the same
position and the mean time of promotion. In addition, it will increas
