Sustainability? Responsibility! Sustainability is a comprehensive concept to describe a pattern of development without losing coordination or over consuming resources. Our research is divided into three steps: assessing and forecasting sustainability, formulating development plan, and involving ex- ternal factors. Firstly, an Entropy-GE Matrix is adopted to create a measurement of sustainability and a state equation constructed from Lanchester’s Equation is employed to forecast trends of sustainability. We set up a Sustainable Development Indicator system and normalize data of indicators. Aiming at assessing comprehensive performances, we adopt an Entropy-GE Matrix to establish concepts of Development Index (DI), Cooperation Index (CI) and a final score. Based on Lanchester’s Equation, we furthermore construct a state equation to forecast sustainability. In our result of 10 countries’ rankings on sustainability in 2013, America occupies the first place with a score 0.161
