* Although a woodcutter tried his best to cut trees for his boss, he could cut fewer and fewer trees. When his boss told him the reason, he realized that only hard work was not enough. Just like the woodcutter, many of my classmates find themselves in the similar situations where they think they made their best efforts, but they still get nothing in return. One of my classmates in my junior school had the same problem. As a very diligent girl, she spent almost all her spare time doing her homework. Unfortunately, she did not get good marks in the exams. Only after I observed her carefully did I find that she seldom stopped to think over making a schedule. Since she did not have a scientific schedule for study, she could not use her time effectively. I think a good schedule is the key to success, just as the sharp axe to the woodcutter. So it is up to us to learn how to make a schedule that meets our needs. I also have the similar experience./ problems to the woodcutter. My friends and I also have the same problem as the woodcutter. 2. We should study in a scientific way. We should study with a scientific method. 3. We should not insist on studying when we feel sleepy. 4. We should have a good balance between study and relaxation. 5. We had better learn from each other and improve the efficiency of our study. *
