2060 West China Medical Journal Vol.31 No.12 Dec. 2016 2016 31 12 , , 华西医学 , （ ） ·医院管理与教学· 基层医院肿瘤专科护士培训效果观察 王建华，沈丹薇，张艳梅，孟宪静，韩益平，张茹，石守银 唐山市人民医院放化科（河北唐山 063000 ） 【摘要】 目的 通过对基层肿瘤医院肿瘤专科护士培训前后的效果观察，探讨自行培训肿瘤专科护士的可 行性及意义。方法 2013 年 1 月－ 2015 年 1 月，某市三级甲等肿瘤医院根据肿瘤科医生、护士及患者的实际需 求，将化学治疗（化疗）药物外渗的处理、化疗药物不良反应的护理、肿瘤急症的护理、经外周静脉置入中心静脉 导管（PICC ）置管术及护理、肿瘤患者的心理护理、肿瘤患者的康复及肿瘤患者疼痛护理等7 个方面作为肿瘤专 科培训的重点内容并组织培训，培训及考核方法采用理论与实践相结合的方式。结果 培训前后护士理论成绩 分别为（72.28±2.56 ）、（84.85±4.17 ）分，操作成绩分别为（63.39±1.42 ）、（72.68±2.63 ）分，培训前后差异均有统计学意 义（P ＜ 0.05 ）。培训前后各3 个月肿瘤专科护士护理不良事件发生率分别为 22.1% 和 8.8% ，差异有统计学意义 （P ＜ 0.05 ）。培训前后各 1 个月医生和患者对肿瘤专科培训护士的满意度分别为 59% 和 84%。结论 依据卫生 部肿瘤护理专业培训大纲，并结合肿瘤科医生、护士和患者的具体需求，制定符合医院实际情况的肿瘤专科培训计 划，将各个肿瘤科室护士骨干纳入肿瘤专科业务及技术培训，可使肿瘤专科护理服务和技术水平不断提高，培训效 果满意。 【关键词】 基层肿瘤医院；肿瘤专科；护士培训 Observation of the Effect of Oncology Nurse Training in Primary Hospitals Wang Jianhua, Shen Danwei, Zhang Yanmei, Meng Xianjing, Han Yiping, Zhang Ru, Shi Shouyin Department of Radiation and Chemical Therapy, People’s Hospital of Tangshan City, Tangshan, Hebei 063000, P. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, a cohort of nurses from a primary oncology hospital were trained based on the practical needs of oncologists, nurses and patients. The training system included nursing measures for chemotherapy drug extravasation and other adverse reactions, tumor emergency, peripherally inserted central catheter catheterization, cancer patients’ psychological state, rehabilitation of cancer patients and cancer pain.
