Meth- ods 188 seg ments myocardi u m of 10 patients were st udi ed wit h contrast- enhanced retrospectively ECG- gated CT . Refor- matted short-axis i mages were assessed for myocardial perf usi on deficits . Perfusi on deficits were co mpared with the score of SPECT by usi ng one- way A NOV A analysi s and ROC analysis of variance . Results There was si gnificant difference bet ween i nfracted my ocardi um and nor mal myocardi um at CT attenuati on ( P 0 .0 1) . Regardi ng 65 Hu as the diagnostic standard of myocardial i nfarction , t he sensitivity was 91 .8 % , t he specificity was 79 .9 % . Conclusion The changes of early l o w contrast enhance ment per mit the detecti on and quantitatively characterization of myocardi al i nfarcti on .
