It is said that …… It is a fact that ……形式主语和形式宾语的产生原因：平衡句子结构，避免头重脚轻。（1）It is + 形容词 + to do / that 从句 It is easy/important/possible/natural/likely that / to do …… it is common that we are in school before 18 years old.
