AbstractThe enterprise information construction has been energetically promoted in china currently. We not only discuss the information technology from the technical perspective, but also consider it from the enterprise’s point of view. Through analyzing and summarizing the IT development of the enterprises at home and aboard, we find that the usual problems that emerge during initial stage are caused by the invalid communication, misunderstanding and the failure to reach an agreement in the guiding ideology, working principle at most of the time.The thesis takes an overall survey about the business process and IT situation in advanced training center of A group and form a clear, accurate and feasible strategic IT construction map, which acts as a structural document guiding the IT construction of advanced training center of A group in 3-5 years. Based on the understanding of developing strategy, business mode and current IT environment as well as needs, A group tends to achieve the goals as below. It will try to analyze the strategic plan and business process, understand the current IT situation and learn the experience in IT industrial management as technology development. At the same time it will clarify the need in IT construction and look for further chance to reveal the vision for IT construction of A group.The thesis will draw the blueprint for the whole IT constrction, including the designing and optimizing the Info construction, application architecture, infrastructure and IT governance framework.
