Papule: It is a process on the skin and mucosa. The diameter is less than 1cm. Plaque: It is a process on the skin and mucosa. The diameter is more than 1cm. Vesicle: It is the lesion that fluid stays in the mucosa. It can be classified as intraepithelial vesicle and subepithelial vesical. It is usually caused by virus infection, allergic medicamentosus factor and immunity factor. The diameter is less than 1cm. Bulla: It is the lesion that fluid stays in the mucosa. It can be classified as intraepithelial bulla and subepithelial bulla. It is usually caused by virus infection, allergic medicamentosus factor and immunity factor. The diameter is more than 1cm. Erosion: It is a loss of epithelium that extends above the basal cell layer. Ulcer: It is a discontinuity of the mucosa exhibiting complete loss of the epithelium. Nodule: It is a large process lesion of mucosa and skin. Atrophy: It is the lesion that normal structure of mucosa and skin disappear and the size decreases. Rhagades: It is the linear lesion on the mucosa. Pseudomenbrane: It is the white slightly elevated plaques can be wiped away leaving an erythmatous base. It’s a mixture of necrotic epithelium cell, inflammatory cell and exudate. Crust: It is a healing lesion on mucosa and skin.
