ABSTRACTABSTRACTUptotheendof2008,theloopofcollectivelayerofChengduMobilemetro transportnetworkcarriesnearly3000basestations’andalargenumberofdata services’circuitswitchingwork.Itplayedimportantroleasabridgelinkbetween businessnodesandcircuitFloorBoards.Butcurrentlythecity’smetrotransportnetworkhassomeproblems,suchasbusinessplanesingle,fewnods,cannotcover whole-networkbusinesswell.Inthemeanwhile,collectivenodesandbasestationsare sharingthesameroomsotheconditionofpowersupply,roomsize,thelayoutofcable etc.ispoorwhichaddstheinstability.Todayisthetimeofentirebusinessoperations.ChengduMobileisconstructing theTDnetworksroundlyandbroadbandaccesswidely.Inthiscase,theupper transmissionsystemsecurity,reliabilityisgettingmoreimportantandtherequirement ofASONgridinthecollectivelayerisbecomingmoreandmoreclear.Inordertomeet immediateoperationalneedsofnetworkcapacitytoensurethesafetyandstabilityof collectivelayeroftheloop,ChengduMobiledecidedtostarttheChengduMobile MetroTransportNetworkCollectiveLayeroftwoplaneASONprojectconstructionto sharethecurrentnetworkbusiness.Thiswillbehelpinincreasingthecurrentnetwork transmissioncapacity and also improve the security of existing metro transport network.ASONisanewtechnologyoftransmissionnetwork.thecurrentdomestic intelligencefunctionsofthecommercialcasesareveryfewandsmall,themaxnodeof themarenomorethan30,whilethenumberofChengduMobileMetroTransport NetworkCollectiveLayercollectivenodehasreached78.Thislarge-scaleapplication ofnewtechnologymaybeatgreatrisk,inordertoensurethesecurityandreliabilityof thisnewnetwork,demonstrationandtestingforASONtechnologyapplicationsis needed.Duringtheprojectdesign,throughtheanalysisanddescriptionofthemajor technicalissuesofASON,aimatcurrentcollectivelayerstructuretosimulationthe two-planelattice-likenetworkstructurewhichmayariseout.Throughstructuring laboratorysimulationGridnetworkandloadingthepre-existingnetworkmaterialtoABSTRACTverify,thispaperreachedtheconclusionthatthisprojectisdesignedsafe,reliable, having
