优秀毕业论文资料分享公允价值计量属性相关问题分析-会计学专业论文AbstractSincethe1990s,withthedevelopmentoffinancialinstrumentsandderivative financialinstruments,thetraditionalmeasurementwhichbasedonhistoricalcost measurementmodelcannotmeettheneedoftheeconemygrowth,fairvaluegain attention from bothaccountingacademicsand practitioners.In 2006, FASBofficially releasedtheguidelinesforfairvaluemeasurement.InFebruary2006,Chinas MinistryofFinanceissuedanewcorporateaccountingstandardssystem,inwhich financialinstruments,investmentalrealestate,thecombinationundernon-common control,debtrestructuringandnon-monetarytransactionsetc,that carefully re-introductedthemeasurementoffairvalue.Thisre-introductiontookasolidstep forwardin theprocessofconvergenceofinternationalaccountingstandards.NowadaysChinascurrentaccountingmeasurementmodeishistoricalcost,and theytakeacarefullyattitudeinusingthefairvaluemeasurementmodels.Thestudy ofthefairvaluemostlyconcentratesontheconceptwhilelessinthetheoryand measurement.Andfortheoreticalbasis,theystilllackofaunifiedandclearnorms. Thusmakingresearchonthemeasurementofthefairvaluehasimportantpractical significance.Todefinitethetheoreticalbasicandtheacquisitionmethodofthefairvaluecan makeitreliabeandeasytocarryouteffectively,andultimately,toachievethegoal ofprovidingdecision-usefulaccountinginformation.Astheimprovementof economymarketandthemeasurementtechnology,thefairvaluecanbeobtained morereliable.Thisdissertationisbystudyingthecontent,theoreticalbasisandacquisition methodsoffairvalue,tofindouthowtoimprovethereliabilityandtheoperational of fair valuemeasurement.This dissertation has fiveparts:Thefirstpartistheintroduction,whichconsistsofthreeparts:introducethetopics of thebackgroundand significance;theresearch situation at home and abroad; research method.Thesecondpartistheoverviewssectionofthefairvaluemeasurement.Firstly, discussthemeaningofmeasurementattributionoffairvalue.Secondly,comparethe fair valuewith other measurement attibutions.Thethirdpartisthetheoreticalbasisofthefairva
