AbstractAbstractUnderthebackgroundofeconomyglobalization,informationnetworking, competitioninternationalization,knowledgerecycling,enterprisesinsupplychains confrontunprecedentedopportunitiesandchallenges.Thus,researchonSupplyChain Management(SCM)mustfitthecharacteristicsofthetime.Thetheoryofcollaboration hasbeenappliedintotheSCMresearch,andhasbeenoneofthehotresearchareasto improvethecompetitivenessofenterprises.Asanassistantwaytorealizethesupply chaincollaboration,informationintegrationincludestechnologyintegrationbasedon collaborationandthecollaborationbasedontechnologyintegration.Bythecombining, cycliciterativeandspiralpropellingprocessofbothintegrationandcollaboration,they focusonthe allsidedness, wholeness,systematization andall-in-one.Thus,howto utilizetheadvancedmanagementconceptandcurrentinformationtechnologyandhow toeffectivelyimplementsupplychaincollaboration(SCC)havebeenthemostvaluable research fields.Becausethecollaborativesupplychainisacomplexgiantsystem,itisdifficultand complicatedtostudy.Inthispaper,weusedliteratureresearch,theoreticlogicanalysis andconceptmodelingandsystemdesignapplicationasthebasicresearchmethods. Basedontheformerresearchachievementandguidedwithcollaborationtheoryandthe keytechnologyofSCM,wesystematicallystudiedthedevelopmentprocessand researchstructureofSC.Then,weproposedandanalyzedamodelofdynamic collaborative supply chain.After that, under theguide of this model, we proposeanERP andAPSintegrationmodelfromtheangleofoperations,systemfunctionsandbusiness process.Atlast,basedonaprojecttheauthorparticipatedin,weanalyzedtheplanning systeminformatizationprocessandsystemintegrationoftheinnersupplychaininX Group Corporation.The essential work in this paper isas follows:Basic theory and literatureresearch.Inthispaper,wereviewednumerousliteratures,andmadeasummaryofresearch statusofcollaborativesupplychainandsupplychainplanning.Wemainlyfocusedon thebasicconceptandmodelofSCC,collaborationmethods,strategicprogrammingof SCplanning,planningmodel
