Landscape Design for Landscape Riverin Wulan Town of Inner MongoliaAutonomous RegionAbstractWulan Town in Etuoke County of Ordos City, Wulan Town which is a garden city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, will be declared National Garden City in 2014. Landscape River in Wulan Town as a waterfront space, which is located between Ecological Botanical Garden and The Cultural Theme Park, is watershed area between urban and suburban. It is located in the forefront of economic and technological demonstration area.We start from the design of landscape river in Wulan town, using of literature collection, field survey method, case study method and thinking method. Analysis of the elements of waterfront green landscape design, the type of plant space, green configuration to draw the suitable waterfront green layout principles. Put forward some suitable forwaterfront greening layout technique ，as well as the similarities and differences betweenthe waterfront green landscape design, and present the problems for attentions in the waterfront landscape design and greenway design, in order to help the green design of other regions.In the overall design, the article use waterfront green landscape design elements, type of space, green configuration and layout of the principle, and green design methods and principles as a guide, through systematic investigation and analysis for the status and location of the landscape river in the Wulan Town, to determine the ecological greenways, vitality leisure design theme, and complete the overall spatial layout.For detailed design, is under the guidance of the above analysis and the principle, from the primary node of effects on green landscape, green plant configuration of the overall landscape ,creating green space of the overall landscape, As well as the greening and environmental aspects such as design application of art show design theme about ecological greenways, vitality leisure for creating green environment to meet the people to
