申述的摘要申述的摘要 申述的摘要申述的摘要 Gist of Representations 有关事项有关事项Subject Matter 有关事项有关事项 反对平洲发展审批地区草图编号DPA/NE-PC/1。 Opposed to the draft Ping Chau Development Permission Area Plan No. DPA/NE-PC/1. 主要建议主要建议 主要建议主要建议 Main Proposals - All land within the 300 feet boundary of the village ‘environs’ (‘VE’) of Chau Mei Village, Tai Tong Village, Chau Tau Village and Nai Tau Village should be zoned as “Village Type Development” (“V”). - The recognized village of Nai Tau should be excised from the Plover Cove (Extension) Country Park and the Hong Kong Global Geopark. - The “V” zone should be reasonably extended and the villages should be provided with infrastructure including water, electricity, transport and telecommunications facilities. - All private land located within the Plover Cove (Extension) Country Park should be excised from the Country Park. - All land designated as “Unspecified Use” should be zoned as “V”. - All land that is within the ‘VE’ of Chau Mei Village, Tai Tong Village, Sha Tau Village, Chau Tau Village and Nai Tau Village which is not covered by the DPA Plan should be incorporated into the DPA Plan and zoned as “V”. - All land within the ‘VE’ of Tai Tong Village should be excised from the Hong Kong Global Geopark and the Plover Cove (Extension) Country Park. - The DPA Plan should reserve not less than 6 ha of land for each village to be zoned as “V”. - The area in between the police post and the radar station of Marine Department should be zoned as “Government, Institution or Community” for use by Government departments and other non-Government organizations. - To d
