道路清障车结构设计 摘 要 道路清障车（也称清障车）对于处理道路交通事故、保障道路通畅具有重要的的意义。在交通快速发展的今天，道路清障车的重要性日益体现。本文首先介绍了清障车的起源、国内外发展状况及研究现状、国内清障车与国外先进水平的差距、通过查阅相关资料了解到国内外先进的清障车生产厂家及其代表车型，并且从多方面提出制约我国清障车发展的因素；然后列出了清障车的主要组成和各部分工作特点，通过对清障车分类以及清障车辅具的配置详细介绍了各类清障车的优缺点，经过对比和分析之后选择了拖吊联体型道路清障车作为本次研究的对象，并对清障车总体布置进行设计，对其中的托举机构进行了详细的探讨，完成了对清障车主要部件的分析计算；最后通过应用UG以及Auto CAD完成对道路清障车的总体建模及二维工程图的绘制。 关键词：道路清障车 结构设计 建模 Road wrecker structure design Abstract Wrecker (also called wrecker) has important significance for ensuring smooth roads, road traffic accident. With the rapid development of traffic today, the importance of road wrecker is increasingly reflected. In this paper, we first introduce the wreckers origin, the development status and the research status, with advanced level in foreign countries the wrecker of domestic gap, through access to relevant information to understand to the domestic and foreign advanced wrecker manufacturer and representative models and the proposed factors restricting the development of our country wrecker; then list the wreckers main components and the working characteristics, through the wrecker AIDS wrecker classification and configuration are introduced in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of wrecker. After comparing and analyzing chose towing combined type road clear barrier car as the research object, and carries on the design to the general layout of the wrecker , on the lifting mechanism were detailed discussion, on the analysis of the main components of the wrecker calculation; the application of UG and AutoCAD complete the wrecker general modeling and 2D engineering drawings drawing.
