毕业设计（论文） 浅谈现代汽车节气门的发展方向 摘 要 现代汽车已经不仅仅是一台复杂的运输机器，而是集电子技术、控制技术、机械技术、液压技术、通信技术于一身的高科技代表产物。汽车电子化正逐渐成为现代汽车(特别是轿车)的基本特征，也是将来汽车发展的主要方向之一。电子技术在汽车节气门控制上的应用就是一个很好的例子。传统的机械式节气门已经逐步被淘汰，电子节气门已成为现代汽车节气门的发展方向。电子节气门技术出现以来，已经有越来越多地研究机构，汽车厂商开始对其进行研究开发，并已有成熟的产品应用到各种中高档轿车上。 本文简要介绍了现有汽车节气门的原理及技术水平，汽车节气门的电器结构及驱动原理；重点介绍了电子节气门的由来、作用、优点，以及电子节气门的现存问题和发展方向；还介绍了电子节气门控制系统的组成与工作原理，同时还简要提出了电子节气门控制系统的几种控制策略。由于电子节气门技术能明显改善汽车的燃油经济性和降低汽车尾气排放，以及混合动力汽车的横空出世，其应用前景将越来越广泛。但由于电子节气门的机械系统存在着较强的非线性因素，使得电子节气门的精确控制较为困难。 关键词 现代汽车,电子技术，汽车节气门，电子节气门，电子节气门控制系统 ABSTRACT Modern vehicles have been not only a complex transport machinery, but sets of electronic technology, control technology, mechanical technology, hydraulic technology, communications technology in a high-tech product representatives. Automotive Electronics is gradually becoming of modern motor (especially cars) the basic characteristics, but also the future development of automobile one of the main directions. Electronic throttle control technology in the car on the application is a good example. The traditional mechanical throttle has gradually been eliminated, electronic throttle has become a modern automobile throttle direction of development. This paper introduces the principles of the existing vehicle throttle and technology, automotive electrical structure of the throttle and drive principle; focus on the origin of the electronic throttle, the role of merit, and electronic throttle the existing problems and development of the system And also introduced the electronic throttle control system structure and working principle, also made a brief electronic throttle control system for several control strategy.
