Warming up. Greet the Ss and review the last lesson. Ask some questions about the famous things of China . Step 2. Look and Say Make the Ss say something about the following famous things and places in China. The Great Wall ,The Birds Nest,The Drum Tower Step 3. New words. 1.Give three minutes to Ss to pronounce the new words. 2. Pronounce the new words following the teacher and remember the new words in three minutes. Step 4. Listening 1. Make the Ss listen to the tape closing their books and get ready to answer the question: Did Danny find any birds in the Bird’s Nest? 2. Check the answer. Step 5.
