朱家庄住宅区改造工程项目投资风险管理研究 摘 要 Research on the risk management of ZHUJIAZHUANG residential renovation project Abstract Since the economic crisis, a growing awareness of risk, and risk management, and more attention. Engineering construction process, often will be affected by many factors, affecting the normal progress, even bring certain economic and security issues, must be correct and effective risk management, to ensure the project smoothly. Residential project with large investment, long cycle, the characteristics of the complex construction technology, compared with the general engineering, has a more uncertain risk factors, and lead to harm. Therefore, in the residential are increasing and risk management under the background of more and more attention, residential engineering project risk management must be effectively implemented, it can be said that the risk management of residential project, it is urgent, is imperative. This paper introduces the project management on the basis of relevant theories, with Zhu Guzhuang residential renovation project as an example of project risk management research based on the analysis put forward to be the main problem in the process of the project risk management and preparation, and sums up four types of risk from different angles, including the project schedule risk, quality risk, cost, risk and security risks, and further to determine the risk index, and through the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to set the primary indicators and secondary indicators of risk assessment, risk response measures are put forward, hope for better to complete the project, as well as the relevant domestic enterprises provide certain basis for project risk management.
