毕业设计说明书 螺杆空气压缩机 班 级： 学号： 姓 名： 学 院： 专 业： 指导教师： 2014年 6 月 螺杆空气压缩机 摘 要 随着煤矿现代化的发展、矿山设备不断更新、不断进步，可靠性、易操作性、可监视性、易维护性等已是最基本的要求，因此，应在了解螺杆式空气机机理与构造的基础上，合理的对空气压缩机进行调节，并寻求更加安全，靠的检测和控制新技术、新方法，不断提升煤矿的安全化水平。空气压缩机是煤矿井下掘进和锚喷直呼等作业的动力气源，螺杆空压机的主要工作方式为启动、停止、加载、卸载，其进气设置加载阀，通过加载电磁阀来控制入口阀门的开关。空压机运行时，若排气压力低于设定目标压力的下限，则空压机控制器使加载电磁阀得电，将入口阀门打开，空压机处于满负荷加载状态；若排气压力高于设定目标压力的上限，则空压机控制器命令加载电磁阀失电，从而将入口阀门关闭，空压机处于无负荷卸载状态，此时空压机实际为空转运行。 本论文根据查找资料掌握空气压缩机的相关基本知识，详述矿用螺杆式空气压缩机的特点，分析其加工工艺，对其性能进行测试分析，完成矿用螺杆式空气压缩机的相关及边缘常识，最后得出结论：螺杆空气压缩机具有优越而且可靠的性能，经济效益好，发展前景好，值得推广应用。 关键字：螺杆空压机，安全化水平，电磁阀，满负荷，无负荷  Screw air compressor Abstract With the development of modernization of coal mine, the mine equipment constantly updated, constantly progress, reliability, operability, can monitor, easy maintenance and so on is the most basic requirements, therefore, should be know the mechanism and structure of screw type air machine, on the basis of the reasonable adjustment of air compressor, and seek more secure, by new technology, new methods of detection and control, continuously raising the level of safety in coal mine.
