松香甘油酯生产工艺设计 摘 要 松香具有防腐、防潮、绝缘、黏合、乳化、软化等优良性能，因此应用范围广泛。但由于松香本身还存在一些缺陷，限制了松香的应用。针对松香的不足进行改性，是松香工业发展的动力。通过改性，不仅弥补了松香本身的缺陷，而且开发了新的产品，扩大了松香的用途。 松香甘油酯由松香与甘油经酯化作用而成。与松香相比，酸值显著降低，用以制成涂料后，涂膜的脆性和回黏性减小，耐候性也较好。大量用于油漆、油墨、制口香糖、乳化香精、胶粘剂等方面。 根据目前的市场情况，需要一套针对中小型生产规模的生产工艺设计，以求对当前的松香产业状况有所帮助。本设计以松香甘油酯为产品，针对中小型松香生产规模，通过对5000t/a松香甘油酯生产线同时也能满足其他种类的松香酯产品的工艺设计进行探讨，着重对松香酯加工中的生产方法、化工计算、主要设备和管件的设计和选型等问题进行讨论，了解和掌握本工序的生产原理工艺特点及设计原则，确定合理的设计方案。 关键词：松香 松香甘油酯 工艺设计 ABSTRACT The rosin has the anticorrosion, moisture-proof, the insulation, to bind, the emulsification, the conditioning and so on fine performance, therefore the application scope is widespread. According to the present market conditions, needs a set in view of the middle and small scale of production technique of production design, has the help in order to the current rosin industry condition.
