Please don’t hesitate to contact organizers should you need these services. 会议提供基本的医疗、机票（火车票）和公共安全服务。如果您需要以上服务，请与会议组织者联系。 3 Paper presentation format: Apart from the specified time allowance in the agenda, the presenter has 20 minutes (including translation time) to present his/her paper. Presenters and the co-chairpersons in various panels should well manage the presentation time. In individual panel(s), the presentation time need is less than the whole time allowance in the session. The chairpersons can organize more discussions if time is plenty. And the panel members can also freely participate in other panels’ discussion as they feel interested. 论文发表格式：除了日程表标明的指定时间外，每个发言人有 20 分钟的论文发表时间（含翻译时间）。要求各组主持人和发言人应妥 善控制好时间。个别小组内，所需发言时间由于论文数量少应短于会程制定发言时间。如果时间充裕，主持人可以安排更多讨论。小组 成员也可以自由地参加感兴趣的其他组的讨论。在各时间段内,非论文发表者可自由选择感兴趣的组别参加讨论。 4 In each panel, one panel member should be recommended to do the exchange report on the panel discussion in the plenary meeting at 15:20-17:00, September 2. The report should introduce the main topic of the papers as well as main fin
