Just at the day I Joined in XCMG, I saw the words which reads Taking great responsibility, marching on broad road, achieving significant value”. These characters looks very nice, but at that moment, they were merely nine simple words in my mind. After a year of work here, now I find these nine words have been rooted in my heart. Achieving significant value: that is to say ，we should try our best to pursuit a successful career, creat an outstanding achievement, realize our life purpose . Based on this motto, XCMG has accomplished a significant rise in annual revenue from $386 million at its birth day to $66 billion in 2010 and keeps itself as a pioneer of construction machinery industry in China for 22 years.
