Money Money is what everyone desires. Because it can be used to satisfy one’s needs, such as buying food, clothes, books, furniture and many other things. Money is considered by many people as the most important thing in life. It is even regarded as the symbol of wealth and social position. In their eyes, money is everything in life. For example, with plenty of money a man can do whatever he wants to. He can afford expensive cars and luxurious houses, and he can travel around the world and visit as many interesting places as he wants to. In a word, money can make people comfortable and bring them happiness. However, money is also the source of all crimes and brings people misery. Since money is so tempting, some people try to get money by dishonest means, for instance, they often cheat and gamble, even rob and kill people. Sooner or later, they will be punished by the law. In my opinion, we should take a right attitude towards money and make money in a proper way. The Value of Time A proverb says “Time is money”. But I think time is more precious than money. When money is spent, you can earn it back if you want to. However, when time is gone, it will never come back. This is the reason why we must value time. As the pace of modern life continues to accelerate, the time at our disposal is quite limited. But there are a lot of things to be done in our lives. We should make full use of limited time to fulfill what is useful to us. For instance, as students we should devote most of our time to our academic studies. In this way we can acquire new knowledge and skill necessary for our future carrier. In my opinion, wasting time means wasting our valuable life. But many of us dont realize this .They think time is inexhaustible. Im not in favor of such a view. My conclusion is that we should never put off what can be done today until tomorrow. Laziness will not only bring us failure but also lead us into the road of poverty. Celebrati
