摘要 自动焊接技术就是应用单片机编程控制技术自动实现焊接的目的。在现代焊接技术中积极使用和推广焊接技术对提高产品质量、减轻工人劳动强度、加速焊接技术机械化等方面具有重要的作用。因此大力提高焊接技术具有重大的意义，也是目前焊接工作者研究的主要课题。毕业设计的课题与机械设计及其自动化有比较全面的相关知识体系。实现焊接技术自动化是生产高科技产品的保障，离开了它就不能开发研制出先进的产品和保障产品质量，不能提高生产率、降低成本和缩短生产周期，加之通过毕业设计实习调研，完成该课题可对我们大学四年所学的知识进行一次比较全面的专业训练，可以培养我们掌握如何运用所学过的知识去解决实际生产中出现的问题，增强从事本专业的实际所需的研究开发能力，为我们以后走上工作岗位打下良好的基础。 关键词：专用焊接机；单片机编程；焊接技术；效率；调研 Special welding machine movement the design of the system Automatic welding technology is the single chip microcomputer control technology application programming realise the purpose of automatic welding.
