Keywords: BPR, Business processing management, Chinese companies 1 Introduction Into the 21 century, with the rapid development of modern science and tech- nology and the wide application of information technologies, market competition is more intense and brutal than ever, to maintain the vitality of enterprises, it is nece- ssary to adapt to the changing external environment, strain in a timely manner.
