点火时序控制系统硬件设计 摘 要 根据《超音速热喷流模拟试验设备（改造）》项目的技术要求，制作一套点火时序控制装置。该项设计主要完成热喷流发动机的点火试验及点火参数测试、点火电流测试与控制、点火电阻测试、为下级岗位提供准确可靠的TTL、通断、应急处理、准备就绪等信号，以及点火过程监控与信号处理。设计点火控制时序控制及点火电流实时测试记录系统，可以可靠的完成点火时序动作的完成，保证点火的安全可靠。 本系统可以与5个分控仪信号进行连接，在控制台面板上即可监视分控仪是否处于准备好状态。在点火过程中，随时可以利用分控以及控制台上的急停按钮终止点火试验过程。向分控仪输出时统、启动和触点信号。可编程控制器能通过RS232接口与控制计算机通讯，接受计算机命令完成任务的下载、任务启动、精确定时。工控机检测控制台及各分控仪的工作状态，实时做出相应处理。使用继电器电路，实现继电器电路与PLC信号的硬件互锁。使用PLC与工业控制计算机的信号互传，实现系统工作的软件互锁。利用两种互锁，满足试验的安全性要求。 本系统分为两套试验装置，近端控制装置和远端控制装置，分别为2级点火和4级点火。 关键词：PLC,点火电路,采集卡,分控仪 Ignition sequential control system ABSTRACT According to the technical requirements hot supersonic jet simulation test equipment (transformation) project to produce an ignition timing control device. The system can be controlled with five minutes to connect the signal analyzer , the console panel to monitor whether the sub-control instrument is in the ready state . In the ignition process, you can always make use of sub-control and emergency stop button on the console to terminate ignition test procedure.When the output to the sub-control instrument systems,start-up and contact signal.Programmable controller via RS232 interface to communicate with the control computer ,receive computer commands to complete the task of downloading , the task starts, precise timing .
