摘要 PAGE III 洛 阳 理 工 学 院 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题目：服装业物流模式探究 2012年 5 月 18 日 服装业物流模式探究 摘 要 现代服装行业物流是现代物流学科在服装业的具体应用，旨在通过强大的服装业信息网络、专业化的生产运作模式和高效率的服装配送系统，提高服装流通频率、降低服装企业库存成本并完善服装配送服务。服装企业物流包括供应型物流、生产型物流、销售型物流、混合型物流等四种类型。在服装企业发展自营、代理、批发、加盟、直销等多元化销售渠道的过程中，提高服装企业物流效率已经成为服装企业持续发展的核心问题。服装企业物流的实现方式包括服装企业自设物流中心、利用第三方物流、利用第四方物流等，不同类型服装企业应结合自己的经营特点与物流发展的趋势，灵活选择物流模式，确保物流体系的畅通与高效运作。文章通过对现代服装行业物流发展现状的分析，指出了我国服装行业物流发展的瓶颈所在，并展望了我国服装行业物流的发展方向，对未来服装行业物流的发展提出了几点建议，希望服装物流能够在企业自身条件与市场需求中找到平衡点，成为促进行业发展和企业赢利的重要力量，服务社会。 关键词：服装业物流,物流模式,物流信息化,第三方物流  Garment industry logistics model research ABSTRACT Modern garment industry logistics are specific applications of the discipline of modern logistics in the garment industry, clothing industry information through powerful networks and specialization production mode of operation and high efficiency of clothing distribution system, improve the clothing distribution frequency, reducing inventory costs and perfect clothing distribution of garment enterprise services.Clothing enterprises logistics supply logistics, production logistics, distribution logistics, logistics and so on four types of mixed type.In the development of garment Enterprise proprietary, agent, wholesale, in the process of joining of diversified, direct marketing, sales channels, improving logistics efficiency of clothing enterprise has become the core problems of sustainable development of garment enterprise.Enterprise logistics implementation including clothing apparel enterprises set up their own logistics center, use a third-party logistics and fourth party logistics, different types of garment enterprise in conjunction with its own operating characteristics and trend of logistics development, and to keep logistics model, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the logistics system.Article by on modern clothing industry logistics development status of analysis, pointed out that has in China clothing industry logistics development of bottleneck is located, and prospect has in China
