Key word: Tank suction device Recovery Energy saving Environmental protection 引言：我油田应用DZH-A型大罐抽气装置，该装置采用独特的控制技术和控制模块，自动适应油罐的挥发气量的变化，装置的启动、停止、补气、故障报警完全自动化，在国内处于领先水平，通过在采油四厂使用，达到设计要求，通过使用验收。 装置主要工艺流程： 2、控制系统流程 3、 主要工作原理： 大罐挥发气经来气管线输送到压缩机房现场，先经过气液分离将大罐挥发气中的液体（主要成分是轻质油和冷凝水）分离出来，气体进入压缩机，经过压缩提供输送动力，被输入到联合站的天然气管线。在分离器内，分离出的液体积累到一定液位高度后，自动发出报警信号，提示操作者排液，当液位达到限制高度时，报警停机，防止液体进入压缩机。压缩机采用两级压缩，级间设有一套小型液体分离器，用以分离一级压缩产生的液体。 大罐抽气过程，是一个连续不断的工作过程，从油罐来的气体，气流量和压力是变化不定的，生产条件、气候条件、季节变化、昼夜变化都会对其产生影响。控制系统的必须具有对这些变化进行自适应的功能。控制系统必须保证压缩机在气量不稳定的条件下平稳连续运转、
