April 21, 2005 The targets of the research are shown here. The first is a benchmark of the commercial tools like JMAG. The second is an idea of the method to shorten the analysis time. We aim to shorten from month order to hour order. The third is a comparative evaluation of the new method. The fourth is a development of the analysis tool for easy use.
