W公司物流中心设施规划与运作管理研究 中文摘要 目前，我国有越来越多的大型制造企业，以现代物流管理理念为指导，通过成立物流中心(或公司)来整合企业自身物流资源，并在服务企业的基础上，利用其剩余物流能力向客户提供低成本、高附加值的综合物流服务，向第三方物流服务商发展。但是在实施过程中也暴露出许多问题，例如：制造企业物流中心物流观念滞后、缺乏物流管理的战略规划、以及物流管理效率低下等等，因此有必要对制造企业物流中心的规划设计和运作管理进行深入的研究与探讨。 本文在现代物流管理理论的指导下，结合w公司物流中心的实际情况，做了 以下几个方面的工作。 (1)在借鉴系统布置设计方法(SLP)的基础上，构建了适合制造企业物流 中心进行设施规划与设计的程序框架；采用Promodel软件对w公司物流中心的分 拣区进行了系统仿真，并对其区域布置方案进行了分析与改善。 (2)针对W公司物流中心物料品种繁多，管理复杂的特点，提出了物料分类 管理的策略，并分析了物流中心现阶段VMI(供应商管理库存)管理策略实施 的效果、存在的问题，在此基础上提出了一些改善建议。 (3)讨论了物流中心如何采用RFID技术实现库存信息的快速、准确的采集， 并设计了基于RaCID技术的物流中心库存作业流程。 (4)结合w公司物流中心的特点，从进出货、储存、盘点、订单处理、采购、 拣货、配送等七个作业层面及一个非作业层面构建了物流中心的绩效评价指标体 系；并以作业要素层指标的评价为例，分析了该指标体系的应用方法。 本文的工作对我国制造企业物流中心的规划设计和运作管理具有参考价值。 关键词： 物流中心；设施规划：运作管理：库存管理：绩效评价 ABSTRACT Currently,more and more large manufacturing enterprises in China are setting up logistics centers(or company)to integrate their own logistics resources and to provide logistics services with low cost and high value to their customers as a third party logistics．But also reveal out a lot of problems in the implenentation process，such as： outdated logistics concepts,short—sighted strategies，and inefficient logistics management·So，it is important to provide the theoretical guides and practical experiments of the design and operation management for the logistics centers of the manufacturing enterprises at the initial stage． Under the instruction of modern logistics theory,the major content is as foilows． (1)Based on the research of System Layout Planning(SLP)，a design framework of facility layout that is suitable for the logistics center of the manufacturing enterprises is established．Furthermore，the sorting area of W logistics center is simulated with Promodel，and the layout is Analyzed and improved． (2)In allusion to the numerous materiel and complecated mananoment of W logistics center,the tactics that material classification manages ale put forward． Furthermore，the effect and problems by introducing the VMI tactics into W logiStics center IS analyzed，and some impro
