摘 要 本设计选煤厂为年处理能力120万吨矿区型炼焦煤选煤厂。入选原煤属于较难选煤。通过对煤质资料进行充分的分析,最终确定选煤工艺流程为预先脱泥-无压三产品重介旋流器、浮选联合分选流程。 入选原煤选前脱泥,脱泥后 0.5-50.0mm 粒级煤采用重介旋流器分选,-0.5mm 煤泥采用浓缩浮选的工艺流程。原煤经分选后,其最终精煤产率为 72.04%,,灰分为 9.47%, 水分为10.44%;中煤产率为18.99%,灰分为27.86%;矸石产率为8.97%,灰分为72.86%;以上指标均达到设计的要求。 本流程采用了预先脱泥,提高了无压三产品重介旋流器分选精度和效 率,并且提高了介质的回收;浮选精煤、尾煤都采用压滤;全厂洗水实现闭路循环,达到环保要求。厂区、厂房布置合理、规范,各生产环节符合规范要求。 选煤厂工作制度定为每年330天,每天16小时。 关键词:脱泥;三产品重介旋流器;煤泥水 ABSTRACT This design is for a central coal preparation plant of coking coal, of which through-put capacity is 1.2 million ton every year. This raw coal belongs to a rather difficult grading of coal. According to coal distrinct and coal quality, it employs technological process of desliming before separation, heavy-medium cyclone with triple product of zero-pressure feed, combining with flotation.. The raw coal to be dressed would be deslimed before separation. After its desliming, coal grain fineness size of 0.5-50.0mm is separated by heavy-medium cyclone, and technological process of thicking flotation is used, if it is smaller than 0.5 mm. After separation of raw coal, the final clean coal contains coal productivity ratio 72.04%, ash ratio 9.47%, water content 10.44%; and middings productivity ratio 18.99%, ash ratio 27.86% and gangue productivity ratio 8.97%, ash ratio 72.86%. All the quotas above arrives a standard of design requirement. Desliming before separation is adopted in the technological process, which has increased separation accuracy and efficiency of heavy-medium cyclone with zero-pressure feed, and increased the recovery of the media. Flotation concentrate and tailings are all concentrated with filter pressing. The sluicing water is in a closed circuit in the whole plant, it can reach the requirement of environmental protection.
