中文摘要 随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展，中小型企业已成为社会经济生活中不可缺少的重要组成部分。但是，我们应该清楚地看到，中小企业在财务会计方面存在着一些不可忽视的问题，有些还相当严重，应引起我们足够的重视。 中小企业发展中的制约因素严重阻碍了其健康发展。这其中最大的原因是一直以来我国大中型企业相关会计理论比较完善，但针对中小企业相关的会计理论研究却不多。况且，中小企业财务会计方面存在财务处理不规范，违反会计法规的行为严重，会计信息失真现象严重；内部管理机制较为混乱；财务风险意识浅薄，不设立财务预警机制；管理水平不高，财务人员素质低等不少问题。本文旨在通过研究了解中小企业在财务会计问题上存在的难题给中小企业带来的影响等问题，对中小企业在解决财务会计问题上做出正确选择并且提出一定可行性的策略以及解决方案。 关键词: 中国,中小企业,财务会计 Abstract Along with the socialist market economy continues to develop, small and medium-sized enterprises have become social economic life indispensable important component. However, we should see clearly, small and medium-sized enterprises in financial accounting aspect exists some unavoidable issue, some still quite serious, should cause we seriously enough. Some development of the factors greatly hindered their sound development. That the greatest of these reasons are china has always been large and medium-sized enterprises in the relevant accounting theory, but related to the some accounting theory research is not. Besides, the some accounting financial accounting standards are not against the statutes, accounting information imagine ； internal management mechanism of the more serious financial risk of confusion shallow, no established mechanism alerts ；financial management is not high and low for the training of many problems. This paper studies the some accounting knowledge in the existence of the problems of the implications for small and medium-sized enterprises, accounting for some solve the problem and make the right to choose a feasibility of and solutions.
