混合痔患者便秘与肛管压关系的临床研究汇总.pdf

摘 要 目的：采用外剥内扎术治疗伴有便秘症状的混合痔患者，观察术后便秘和肛管 静息压(ACRP)的改变，评价外剥内扎术治疗伴有便秘症状的混合痔患者的疗效，探 讨混合痔患者便秘与ACRP 之间的关系。 方法：通过肛门直肠测压选择30 例ACRP 高于正常范围的伴有便秘症状的混合 痔患者为A 组，30 例ACRP 在正常范围内的伴有便秘症状的混合痔患者为B 组。两 组患者经过外剥内扎术后治疗达到混合痔治愈;术后观察研究便秘症状的改善情 况，于术后两月后复测ACRP，比较两组术前术后ACRP 的改变及便秘症状缓解情况， 并分析两者的关系。 结果：①两组60 例混合痔患者手术后混合痔均治愈。②术前ACRP 高于正常范 围的A 组30 例，有27 例术后ACRP 下降至正常范围，占90%；术前ACRP 在正常范 围内的B 组30 例，术后ACRP 改变无显著的统计学差异 （P0.05）。③A 组术后便秘 症状显效23 例，占76.67，有效6 例，占20%,无效 1 例,占3.33%；B 组术后便秘 症状显效0 例，有效5 例16.67%，无效25 例，占83.33%。 结论： 外剥内扎术治疗 ACRP 高于正常范围的伴有便秘症状的混合痔患者,术 后ARCP 下降至正常范围，混合痔完全治愈，便秘症状改善显著。 关键词：外剥内扎术；混合痔；便秘；肛管静息压 Clinical Investigation of Mixed Hemorrhoid Combined with Constipation and The Anal Canal Pressure Abstract Objective Using traditional Chinese external dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoid combined with constipation patients. Observe the Anal Canal Rest Pressure and Constipation curative effect to evaluate the surgical outcomes of external dissection and internal ligation, discussing the relationship between hemorrhoid constipation and the ACRP. Methods Group A contained 30 mixed hemorrhoid combined with constipation patients whose Anal Canal Rest Pressure higher than normal range.
