东 莞 理 工 学 院 本 科 毕 业 设 计 毕业设计题目：四层教学楼设计 学生姓名： 学 号：200941201125 系 别：建筑工程系 专业班级：09土木工程1班 指导教师姓名及职称： 起止时间：2012年3月—— 2012年月 摘要 此设计是四层教学楼设计，建筑层数为四层，采用框架结构。建筑设计阶段，根据建筑的用途、工程地质条件、建筑场地的类别及建筑的高度和层数来确定建筑的结构形式、建筑平面、剖面及立面设计。结构设计部分主要包括构件尺寸的确定，进而取一榀框架作为手算计算单元，在考虑了风荷载和地震作用下的不利影响后,进行内力计算和内力组合。根据内力的最不利组合对梁、柱和柱下独立基础进行配筋计算。应用PKPM软件进行整体框架结构的设计计算。最后根据工程概况及工程特点安排施工进度，进行施工平面布置等。 关键词：建筑设计 结构设计 内力计算 配筋计算 Abstract: This graduation project is a design of four-storeyed teaching building. The building has four floors, which uses frame construction. In the stage of architectural design, the building structure form, the construction plane and the section and the facade design of the building is decided by the usage of the building, the engineering geologic condition, the site and the type of construction and the height and the number of piles. The architectural design includes the decision of component dimension, and then it uses one frame as the computational element to have a hand computation. After considering the adverse effects of wind load and seismic action, it turns to calculate the internal force and the internal force combination. Moreover, the beam, the column, the independent foundation under column is under progress by the calculation of reinforcement, according to the most unfavorable combination of internal forces. The design calculation is being progress by using the PKPM software. Lastly, according to the engineering situation, the engineering characteristics, the arrangement and construction schedule, it is being in the process of construction and horizontal layout, ect.
