中国多外贸易发展及现状分析.doc

摘 要 本文对中国外贸的发展状况进行了大体的阐述，分析中国外贸的发展现状、面临的挑战及与之相对应的对策。另外，还着重研究了我国外贸发展的历程特点、面临的不利环境，以提出有益的对策建议对我国外贸发展具有重大现实意义。 首先，大致描述一下中国外贸的发展历程及现阶段的特点。以改革开放为界，中国的对外贸易先是借鉴苏联经验，采取高度集中统一的经营体制；改革开放后，中国逐渐融入全球化的经济中，外贸战略为充满活力的自由竞争体制。然后，简单概括了中国外贸的发展特点：对外贸易发展迅速、出口商品结构明显优化、贸易伙伴遍及世界、对外经济合作及对外投资发展势头良好、外贸法制取得重大进展。总体来说中国外贸发展状况良好。其次，分析了中国外贸发展现阶段存在的问题。分别从资源环境、人才、政策、外企等方面进行分析；再次，根据中国的对外贸易发展现状，引出了我国未来的外贸发展趋势。未来要注重发展服务贸易、低碳产业以缓解资源环境对经济发展的约束，另外由于科技在国际竞争中的作用越来越强，我国要注重科技创新能力的增强。最后，结合问题提出对策：扩大内需、开拓新市场、注重人才的培养、加快创新步伐等，以提高我国的国际竞争力。 关键词：中国外贸；发展历程；特点；趋势；对策 ABSTRACT This paper generally states the development of foreign trade in China, and analyzes the development of Chinas foreign trade, facing challenges and the corresponding countermeasures. In addition, this paper studies the characteristics of the development of Chinas foreign trade, facing adverse condition, and then makes some countermeasures and suggestions useful to our country foreign trade development which has the practical significance. First, generally describe Chinas foreign trade development course and characteristics. Before the reform and opening up, Chinas foreign trade take Soviet’s experience for reference and adopt concentrated management system. Since the reform and opening up, China gradually came into the global economy and the foreign trade strategy became vibrant free competition system. Then, simply summarizes the development of Chinas foreign trade characteristics. foreign trade developes rapidly, export commodity structure optimize , trading partners extend all over the world, foreign economic cooperation and foreign investment developes well, foreign trade legal has been made major progress. As a whole, the development of Chinas foreign trade is in good condition. Secondly, this paper analyzes the existing problems of foreign trade. And analyzes from the resources environment, talents, policy, foreign enterprise and so on. Then, according to the current situation of the development of Chinas foreign trade, presents the trend
