AnintegertransformthatissuitableforH.263isdesignedbasedonliftingscheme, float-pointDCT beingreplacedby integerDCT,and themeasureof quantization being modified. The structure and performance are comparedamong integer transformfloat-pointDCT andfixed-point DCT,showing that integer transform isa nice transform with the advantage of perfectcompressioneffect, freeoffloat-pointoperationsandfewer arithmeticoperations.
