摘要【摘要】本毕业设计题目是自贡市瑞成酒店设计，该酒店楼的总建筑面积大约9412.52平方米，共九层，其建筑高度为30.3米。本建筑是采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。基础部分采用了独立基础和墙下条形基础。本设计包含建筑施工图设计、结构设计计算分析、结构施工图设计这几个部分，其中建筑设计主要依据环境、场地、建筑体型、建筑艺术和防火要求等进行；结构设计根据建筑设计的方案和国家的现行结构设计规范，进行结构方案的设计，初步估算构件的截面尺寸大小，然后手算算出各种荷载，采用pkpm2010 PMCAD来进行结构模型的设计，采用pkpm2010 STAWE进行结构模型的计算分析，对结果做出合理的分析，然后再反复修改PKPM的模型，使之满足相关规范要求；并结合相关规范对细部进行处理，使结构满足构造要求。根据地质资料，初步确定基础的埋深、基础高度，采用pkpm2010 JCCAD进行基础设计的计算分析。【关键词】建筑设计荷载钢筋混凝土 PKPM结构设计Abstract【pick to 】 This graduation design topic is ZigongRuicheng Hotel building design, the total construction area of about 9412.52 square meters of apartment buildings, a total of nine layers, the construction height is 30.3 meters. This design contains building construction figure design, and structure design calculation analysis, and structure construction figure design this several part, which architectural design main according to environment, and site, and building size, and building art and fire requirements, for; structure design according to architectural design of programme and national of existing structure design specification, for structure programme of design, preliminary estimates component of section size, then hand is out various load contains, used pkpm2010 PMCAD to for structure model of design, used pkpm2010 STAWE model calculation and analysis, and make a reasonableanalysis of the results, then iterative modification of PKPM model so that it meets the relevant requirements and according to related standards to deal with the details, structures meet construction requirements.
