The expression of pattern and correlation study of Mononuclear-Myeloid derived suppressor cells in peripheral blood of gastric cancer patients AbstractObjectivesThis experiment through Flow cytometry to detect the preoperative and postoperative patients with gastric cancer inhibition of cell in the peripheral blood mononuclear myeloid derived suppressor cells level change, to explore mononuclear myeloid derived suppressor cells in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer expression characteristics and distribution features, for further studies in this function and its role in the formationprocess of gastric cancer lay a theoretical foundation，and to provide a theoretical basis andexperimental foundation for early diagnosis, prognosis and futuremyeloid derived suppressor cells target gene therapy.MethodsThe peripheral blood specimens of 97 gastric cancer patients and 30 healthy adults were collected in the Department of General Surgery of the First Affiliated of Soochow University. Make the expression pattern of peripheral blood Mononuclear cells (PBMC) in HLA-DR-CD14+ as monocyte derived MDSCs. Flow cytometry was used to detect and analyze expression the of MDSCs in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of two groups.Analyse the relationship between the biochemical indicators of patients with gastric cancer patients and the proportion of HLA-DR-CD14+ MDSCs.Use statistical software to analysis the influence of HLA-DR-CD14+ MDSCs in tumorprogression and prognosis, combining with clinical data such as age, gender, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, pathological types,degreeof differentiation and TNM stages.Collect the same in the peripheral blood of 30 days after surgery in patients with gastric cancer specimens, using flow cytometry instrument detection of MDSCs in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells expression level and correlation analysis and cancer.Results英文摘要单核样髓系来源抑制性细胞在胃癌患者外周血中的表达特征及相关性研究The proportion of HLA-DR-CD14+ MDSCs in the periph
