AbstractCameracalibrationisanimportantstepforobtaining3Dworldinformationfrom 2Dimages,whichiswidelyappliedto3Dreconstruction,navigationofautonomous vehicles,visualsupervisionetc.Thereinto,cameraself-calibrationisthedirectionof developmentofthecalibration.Comparedtotraditionallaboratorycalibration,camera self-calibrationisclosertotheactualapplicationandcanbeusedin-line three-dimensional reconstruction, so it has broad application prospects.Thecameraself-calibrationmethodhasbeencarriedoutnow,butitisessentially basedonaconstantintrinsicparameter,andinpracticalapplication,thecameraintrinsic parameterscannotberegardedasconstantwhentheobjectisnearthecamera regardlessofcameramovementormovingobjects,therefore,thevariableintrinsic parametersself-calibrationmakesmoresense.Ihavedonesomeexploringinthefield ofvariableintrinsicparametersself-calibrationafterlearningthebasictheoriesrelated to calibration.Themainwork is as follows:Describedtheresearchbackground,significanceoftheresearchsituation,and theoryvalue andapplication prospect ofself-calibration.Introducedthetheoreticalbasisofself-calibrationaboutthecameramodeland multi-viewgeometry, and frequently-used self-calibration methods.Thischapterpresentsanmethodofself-calibrationofvaryinginternalcamera parametersthatbasedonimageofdualabsolutequadrictransformationbasedon Absolutequadric-basedself-calibrationmethod.Absolutedualquadricelementshave solargedifferencesinmagnitudethatsolutionsareextremelysensitiveto noise.Throughthetransformation,alltheelementsoftheimageofdualabsolute quadricaretransformedinto thesamemagnitude,So thesolutions becomemorestable. Thetheoricalanalysisandexperimentswithreal datademonstratethatthis self-calibrationmethodcanleadtoanenormousimprovementonthestabilityand robustness ofthe resultswithout increasingcomputation.Thischapterpresentsanmethodofself-calibrationofvaryinginternalcameraparametersthatbasedonquasi-affinereconstruction.Inastratifiedapproachto self-calibration,aprojectivereconstructionisobtainedf
