 毕业论文（设计）独创性声明 本人郑重声明所提交的毕业论文（设计）是本人在指导教师的指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。除文中特别加以标注的地方外，论文中不包含他人已经发表的学术成果或者他人为获得高等院校学位而使用过的材料，论文（设计）中不涉及任何知识产权纠纷。否则，本人将承担一切责任。 学生签名：__________ 日 期：__________ 摘 要 在文具行业日益激烈的竞争环境下，技术创新已成为宁波文具企业赢得可持续竞争优势的关键，而利基战略是以某个狭窄的业务为战略起点，集中资源和力量进入，不断扩展地域市场范围，最终分阶段、分层次地获取并巩固目标市场的领先地位。本文在利基战略和技术创新理论的基础上，结合当前文具行业的竞争形势，选取已跻身文具行业全球八强的宁波贝发集团有限公司为例，通过案例研究方法对其技术创新方式、过程和路径进行了系统的归纳与总结，提炼出基于利基战略的文具企业技术创新路径。 本文研究发现，宁波贝发集团技术创新进程可分为——占领利基市场——全球化发展”三个阶段，其创立至今一直专注于制笔行业这一细分市场，采用“小商品大市场、小产品大生产”的经营策略，通过市场拓展与技术能力成长的良性互动来构建企业的技术创新能力，最终成为国内制笔行业中规模最大的企业。通过案例分析，本文认为其他企业可运用利基战略形成核心技术能力、树立企业品牌来立于市场不败之地。 关键词：利基战略；技术创新路径；宁波贝发集团Abstract With the increasingly intense competitive environment of the stationery industry, technological innovation has become the key of Ningbos stationery enterprises to win the sustainable competitive advantage, while the niche strategy is a starting point for a narrow business strategy which focus resources and efforts to enter the expanding geographic markets will eventually be in phases and levels of access to and consolidate the leading position of the target market. In this paper, it’s based on the theory niche strategies and technological innovation, combined with Chinas current stationery industry, competitive position, and select Ningbo Beifa Group Co., Ltd. Which has been among the worlds quarter-finals the stationery industry as an example, through case study method for its technological innovation means process and the path of the system of induction and summarized to extract the stationery path of technological innovation which based on Niche Strategy.  This study found that the process of independent innovation of Ningbo Beifa Group can be divided into the trade-based - Industry Development - the second venture, three stages.
